Managing Principal
Richa Karki
Richa Karki manages the day-to-day operations of the firm, with a broad focus spanning tax, audit, advisory, and financial reporting. She takes particular pride in helping clients navigate their tax needs with clarity and confidence, building relationships built on trust and sound financial guidance.
Outside the office, Richa stays active at the gym and enjoys exploring new places through travel, bringing the same energy and discipline she applies to her clients' finances into her personal life as well.

Russell Alexander
Russell commenced his own Accounting practice almost 40 years ago, working closely with many individuals and their businesses over that time. He has had considerable experience working for the building trade, retailers and restaurants to name a few. He enjoys meeting his clients, and assisting the growth and success of their business.
He loves his fishing and boating, together with short getaways around Australia, always looking for an out of the way destination to visit.
Founder
Greg Tregear
Greg has over 40 years accounting experience, commencing with Hungerford’s and then spending time with KPMG and Pitchers Partners as a result of mergers and demergers. A stint as a commercial manager in industry provided a unique insight into the pressures faced by business on a daily basis, which has proved invaluable since returning to the profession as a principal for the last 26 years prior to joining Alexander Tregear & Partners.
A keen footballer and cricketer in his younger years, golf has now become the primary outlet for those competitive instincts, including regular trips to experience golf around Australia and overseas.
Greg loves spending time with his family and watching his two daughters and son pave their own paths.
Junior Accountant
Richard Morris
Richard graduated from the University of Melbourne with majors in Accounting and Marketing and focuses on accounting, compliance, and advisory services. He is passionate about continuous learning, enjoys new challenges, and is committed to delivering practical, client-focused solutions while building strong relationships through clear communication and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys golf, exploring wines, and trying different cuisines. He values maintaining a balanced lifestyle and is always keen to explore new experiences.
Administrator
Kiara-Sami Sciarrone
Kiara is studying a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts at Monash University, majoring in Finance and Media Communication. She supports the firm across reception, client communication, administration and compliance-related tasks, contributing to the smooth and professional operation of the office. Her studies and professional experience have deepened her interest in finance and supported her continued learning and professional development.
Outside of work and university, Kiara enjoys travelling, going to the gym and spending time at the beach. She also values time with her Italian family, often shared over long lunches and plenty of food.
